TETHRIPPON

TETHRIPPON, an Hellenic band out of the ordinary. They have their debut full-length album coming out soon. Very nice orchestral music combined with very good vocals and lyrics in Greek written in a special way. Constantinos, apart from his charakteristic voice has also a talent in writting lyrics. "Omoion" is my favorite track so far. I`m looking forward to hear the full cd soon.

For more info , full bio and concept of the band see below.

"Tethrippon were formed in the autumn of 2006 by Constantinos and Demetrios in Nothern Hellas. Their purpose is to serve a delicate aesthetic and to pay tribute to their ancient ancestors One of their major beliefs is that the creative and bright conscience of a people has to be based upon the respect to their history, their tradition and the heroic achievements of their predecessors. Inspired by ancient Hellenic philosophy, poetry and culture, always proud, they try to harmonize all that wealth with the tough and cold spirit and practics of nowadays. Maybe that seems utopic but nothing is impossible for a virtued, peaceful man, armed with the ability for an optimistic approach of things and situations. Demetrio’s music cannot be easily characterized because he achieves all his compositions by combining various positive elements. That gives to Tethrippon the potential of being attractive and multi dimensioned.
Mediterranean delicacy, epic character, central and Northern European aura, create an atmosphere intense and gentle at the same time. Symphonic and orchestral soundscapes, so close to the repercussion of an epic soundtrack, darkened or enlightened, moving or joyful, pagan or majestic, come to match with Constantinos vocals and lyrics, giving the final result. Constantinos started the lyric procedure, first by emphasizing to the charm and the universal symbolism of the ancient epic poems of Orpheus, old as man himself, waving between myth and history, in a dream like dimension of internal peace, virtue and total attachment to the blessing and warmth of the Apollonian light. That blessing comes to touch today’s people’s hearts. Songs about mother nature, Apollon, God of music and light, Erotas, God of love, Prometheus, tragic bringer of peaceful fire, father Sun, songs about eternal heroes who have spilled their noble blood into the Altar of freedom and decency, aim ambitiously to enchant people with fragile, romantic hearts and self respect.
From the beginning, Tethrippon started to compose, aiming to a self financed release, far away from any label search and it really came very fast: EXIDION, was the first album to be released including five songs accompanied by an equal number of atmospheric intros. Almost a year after, ORONTES, followed based upon the same concept and the band was more than ever ready to face any creative challenge. In the meantime, various comments by all kinds of listeners created the spherical impression that things were prominent and encouraging and finally the story came to the strong hands of some good friends and supporters from Xanthi, a picturesque town in the region of Thrace, Northern Hellas. After an enthusiastic approach, they invited us for our first live performance, and we couldn’t refuse such a disinterested and polite proposal. The event took place in the 29th of November 2008 in front of a positive audience that gave us a strong applause, a warm welcome. We could feel in the air that something creative was about to begin and the confirmation came very soon from the Austrian label Steinklang records. Now, our first full length CD «Tethrippon», is about to be released as soon as possible due to the «Alpine» appreciation and support. The nature of this label, the bands already included, create the potential for valuable friendships and a cultural interference based upon common principles, as a contribution to the bright side of European culture.
When somebody seeks for hope and perspective and refers to the historical past, a ruthless struggle for wealth, war, destruction bloodshed and tears are the dominant elements. Millions of innocent people suffered and died for the sake of materialistic aims. That eternal winter has to end one day and the only way to achieve that is to seek for the light by worshiping the light. Different cultures can coexist for the sake of a common noble purpose. Tethrippon come strong to contribute, by holding tight the belief of «Taking part in the Hellenic Learning»-«ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗΣ ΠΑΙΔΕΙΑΣ ΜΕΤΕΧΟΝΤΕΣ». .

TETHRIPPON is totally dedicated to the holy memory of our glorious forefathers. Rest in peace in the eternal skies."

In That Hour It Begun

Taken from "The Young Hitler I knew" by August Kubizek

Vienna 1906,

"It was the most impressive hour I ever lived through with my friend. So unforgettable is it, that even the most trivial things, the clothes Adolf wore that evening, the weather, are still present in my mind as though the experience were exempt from the passing of time.

Adolf stood outside my house in his black overcoat, his dark hat pulled down over his face. It was a cold, unpleasant November evening. He waved to me impatientiy. I was just cleaning myself up from the workshop and getting ready to go to the theatre. Rienzi was being given that night. We had never seen this Wagner opera and looked forward to it with great excitement. In order to secure the pillars in the Promenade we had to be early. Adolf whistied, to hurry me up.

Now we were in the theatre, burning with enthusiasm, and living breathlessly through Rienzi's rise to be the Tribune of the people of Rome and his subsequent downfall. When at last it was over, it was past midnight. My friend, his hands thrust into his coat pockets, silent and withdrawn, strode through the streets and out of the city. Usually, after an artistic experience that had moved him, he would start talking straightaway, sharply criticizing the performance, but after Rienzi he remained quiet a long while. This surprised me, and I asked him what he thought of it. He threw me a strange, almost hostile glance. "Shut up!" he said brusquely.

The cold, damp mist lay oppressively over the narrow streets. Our solitary steps resounded on the pavement. Adolf took the road that led up to the Freinberg. Without speaking a word, he strode forward. He looked almost sinister, and paler than ever. His turned-up coat collar increased this impression.

I wanted to ask him, "Where are you going?" But his pallid face looked so forbidding that I suppressed the question. As if propelled by an invisible force, Adolf climbed up to the top of the Freinberg. Andonly now did I realize that we were no longer in solitude and darkness, for the stars shone brilliantly above us.

Adolf stood in front of me; and now he gripped both my hands and held them tight. He had never made such a gesture before. I felt from the grasp of his hands how deeply moved he was. His eyes were feverish with excitement. The words did not come smoothly from his mouth as they usually did, but rather erupted, hoarse and raucous. From his voice I could tell even more how much this experience had shaken him.

Gradually his speech loosened, and the words flowed more freely. Never before and never again have I heard Adolf Hitler speak as he did in that hour, as we stood there alone under the stars, as though we were the only creatures in the world.

I cannot repeat every word that my friend uttered. I was struck by something strange, which I had never noticed before, even when he had talked to me in moments of the greatest excitement. It was as if another being spoke out of his body, and moved him as much as it did me. It wasn't at all a case of a speaker being carried away by his own words. On the contrary; I rather felt as though he himself listened with astonishment and emotion to what burst forth from him with elementary force. I will not attempt to interpret this phenomenon, but it was a state of complete ecstasy and rapture, in which he transferred the character of Rienzi, without even mentioning him as a model or example, with visionary power to the plane of his own ambitions. But it was more than a cheap adaptation. Indeed, the impact of the opera was rather a sheer external impulse which compelled him to speak. Like flood waters breaking their dikes, his words burstforth from
him.

He conjured up in grandiose, inspiring pictures his own future and that of his people Hitherto I had been convinced that my friend wanted to become an artist, a painter, or perhaps an architect. Now this was no longer the case. Now he aspired to something higher, which I could not yet fully grasp. It rather surprised me, as I thought that the vocation of the artist was for him the highest, most desirable goal. But now he was talking of a mandate which, one day, he would receive from the people, to lead them out of servitude to the heights of freedom.

It was an unknown youth who spoke to me in that strange hour. He spoke of a special mission which one day would be entrusted to him, and I, his only listener, could hardly understand what he meant. Many years had to pass before I realized the significance of this enraptured hour for my friend. His words were followed by silence.

We descended into the town. The clock struck three. We parted in front of my house. Adolf shook hands with me, and I was astonished to see that he did not go in the direction of his home, but turned again towards the mountains.

"Where are you going now?" I asked him, surprised. He replied briefly, "I want to be alone."

In the following weeks and months he never again mentioned this hour on the Freinberg. At first it struck me as odd and I could find no explanation for his strange behavior, for I could not believe that he had forgotten it altogether. Indeed he never did forget it, as I discovered thirty-three years later. But he kept silent about it because he wanted to keep that hour entirely to himself. That I could understand, and I respected his silence. After all, it was his hour, not mine. I had played only the modest role of a sympathetic friend.

In 1939, shortly before war broke out, when I, for the first time visited Bayreuth as the guest of the Reichs Chancellor, I thoughtl would please my host by reminding him of that nocturnal houron the Freinberg, so I told Adolf Hitler what I remembered of it, assuming thatthe enormous multitude of impressions and events which had filled these past decades would have pushed into the background the experience of a seventeen year old youth. But after a few words I sensed that he vividly recalled that hour and had retained all its details in his memory. He was visibly pleased that my account confirmed his own recollections.

I was also present when Adolf Hitler retold this sequel to the performance of Rienzi in Linz to Frau Wagner, at whose home we were both guests. Thus my own memory was doubly confirmed. The words with which Hitler concluded his story to Frau Wagner are also unforgettable forme. He said solemnly, "In that hour it began."

The Black Horseman

He who loves his country, should also wish
to understand it
He who wishes to understand it, should try
at every turn to penetrate its History.
Jakob Grimm

Nikolaos Plastiras (1883-1953)

General, War Hero and Defender of the sacred Land of Ionia. His name became a synonym of fear for turks and a legend in Hellas.
Below is a video clip and music created by the Greek composer Stamatis Spanoudakis. Its title is "The Black Horseman", which was the main nickname of Nikolaos Plastiras.
There you`ll see plenty of pics from the march of the Hellenic army in Minor Asia. Amongst them, "The Black Horseman of Satan`s Army".
Nikolaos Plastiras wrote his name with golden letters in the long military tradition of Hellas.

"After finishing school in Karditsa, he joined the 5th Infantry Regiment as a volunteer in 1904. He fought in the Macedonian Struggle, and participated in the military coup of 1909. He entered the NCO School in 1910 and, after being assigned to the rank 2nd Lieutenant in 1912, he fought with distinction in the Balkan Wars, where he earned his nickname "The Black Horseman". He first rose to wider prominence when, as a Major, he supported the Movement of National Defence of Eleftherios Venizelos during the First World War. He fought with distinction with the 5/42 Evzone Regiment at the battle of Skra-di-Legen and was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel. In 1919, Colonel Plastiras commanded the 5/42 Evzone Regiment in the Ukraine, as part of an Allied force aiding the White Army in their ultimately unsuccessful fight against the Red Army. His force was then transferred to Smyrna in Asia Minor via Romania.

During the botched war with Turkey from 1919–1922, the Turks called Plastiras Kara Biber ("The Black Pepper"), while the 5/42 Evzones became known as the Seytan Asker ("Satan's Army"). His advance was finally halted at Kale-Grotso, just across the Sakarya River. Soon after, at the battle of Sakarya, the Greeks were forced to begin their retreat. After the Turkish breakthrough in August 1922, Colonel Plastiras' unit was among the few retaining any coherence, withdrawing orderly to the coast, fighting off superior Turkish forces, rallying around him men from other units and saving several thousands of Anatolian Greeks along the way. For these feats he earned immense popularity, especially among the Ionian Greeks he helped save."

THE SECRET GLORY of SS Obersturmführer OTTO RAHN

"My ancestors were pagans, and my forefathers heretics. For their exoneration I collect the pieces that Rome left over."
Otto Rahn "Luzifers Hofgesind"

"Otto Rahn was born in the small town of Michelstadt in Southern Germany on February 18th, 1904. A solitary, introverted boy, he assimilated the bare bones of German Romanticism through avid childhood reading of Greek, Roman and Nordic myths and legends. In addition to this, all around him the romantic spirit was alive and well in the Rambler’s Associations and Mountaineering Clubs which began to flourish around this time. For Rahn, this generalized affinity with romanticism became refined into an all consuming obsession with the legends of Parsifal, the Holy Grail, Lohengrin, and the Nibelungenlied. While attending the University of Giessen, he was inspired by his professor, Freiherr Von Gall, to study the Albigensian (Catharism) movement, and the massacre that occurred at Montségur. Rahn is quoted as saying that "It was a subject that completely captivated me''"

THE SECRET GLORY (2001) is a documentary (With English subtitles) about the story of SS officer Otto Rahn and his search for the Holy Grail.

The French Revisionist Vincent Reynouard imprisoned

From his Belgian prison Vincent Reynouard asks us to spread the following letters

Message of July 25th, 2010

Dear Friends,

Since July 9th, I am imprisoned to the prison of Forest ( Brussels).

I wait to know if I shall be extradited towards France which demands me so that I make the punishment of one year of imprisonment for which I was condemned in June, 2008 (Court decision of appeal of Colmar).

Since this date, France had aunched an European warrant for arrest against me.

I ignore if I shall be finally extradited, because it is possible that in this affair I can benefit from red tapes to obtain my release.

But I am ready for everything and the eventuality of the prison in France does not frighten me.

It would be even an honor however the activist I am.

In France, it is because a Robert Faurisson, a Paul Rassinier, a Henri Roques, Pierre Marais or a Pierre Guillaume dared to defy the taboo that a young generation was able to know the revisionism and to take back the torch which, or, would have fallen on the ground to go out.

For me, the revisionism is as a foetus which develops ceaselessly. When it will be for maturity, then the hour will have come for him to play its role.

They thus make a mistake seriously those who see in the revisionism the simple questioning of the existence of ” gas chambers ” in the German camps. If it was only about it, it has been a long time since the debate would be closed… But, really, the stakes in the debate exceed the historic question. And it is because it is perfectly conscious of it that Big Brother pursues mercilessly the Holocaust deniers wherever that they are.

I thus call all the real opponents of the New world Order to support the free research in history as well as the global, frontal debate and without concession led from now on more than ten years by the team of the Objective Historic Truth.

As for me, the judges know that I shall never give in. I shall pursue the fight, whatever are the risks and the consequences. For the Palestinians, for Germany and, especially, for the young generations of Europe so that they are freed of this incapacitating myth which kills our Old Continent.

Vincent REYNOUARD

Message of August 18, 2010

The courageous petition launched in my behalf by Paul-Eric Blanrue again brings up the matter of limits to freedom of expression. In the name of what, exactly, might such limits be imposed? To answer this crucial question, let’s ask ourselves: why, in general, is freedom ever limited? [1] The image of a fence with a sign on it reading “Forbidden: danger” seems to me the best of answers: the purpose of limiting freedom is to protect.

First of all comes the protection of the individual, the integrity of his body, his life, his reputation and, in some societies where religion is prominent, his soul. Hence all laws against calls to violence, incitement to murder, insults, defamation, invasion of privacy and also, in certain societies, blasphemy and heresy.

Then, on a more general level, comes the protection of society as guarantor of the common good, therefore of civil peace and the lives of citizens. Thus justification is offered for laws against subversion, whether direct (calls to revolt…) or indirect (promotion of ideas adverse to the reigning ideology).

Naturally these restrictive laws, which reflect a people’s culture, will be liable to vary according to time and place. Moreover, the problem of excess of power may arise. Still, such abuse as occurs never calls into question the principle itself. That is why I do not condemn, per se, the existence of laws limiting freedom, including that of expression. But it is essential to prevent excesses of power, and to speak out against them when they happen.

Are the so-called “anti-revisionist” laws unjust? That is the question here. Several arguments have been put forth in support of the answer “no”.

I shall quickly dismiss the first of these, which consists in invoking the “suffering” of victims who should be protected from intolerable affronts. This argument might be of some worth if the revisionists denied the existence of anti-semitic persecution under Hitler and likened the concentration lager to holiday camps. But that is not at all so. Contrary to the message conveyed in the media, the revisionists are not “deniers”; if they denounce the lies of the official version, they try at the same time to discover and explain what really happened. And in this truer history, the victims’ suffering remains tragically present.

A second argument offered to justify anti-revisionist laws consists in asserting that the “revisionist enterprise (…) is anti-semitism, which is not an opinion but an offence”. [2]

To begin, I shall reply that if the link between revisionism and anti-semitism were so plain to see, so obvious, then there would have been no need, in France for example, for an anti-revisionist law; the 1972 statute punishing racism (and thus anti-semitism) would have sufficed.

In reality, that link is so unobvious that it takes some clever reasoning to assert its existence. This reasoning, as I have heard it several times from the mouths of lawyers speaking against us in our court cases (I think especially of barristers Korman and Lorach), can be summed up as follows:

“For centuries, anti-Semites have conveyed the image of Jews who would lie and use dishonest schemes in order to steal money and, in so doing, become the most powerful people on Earth (cf. the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion). That is exactly the message of Holocaust deniers, because they say the Jews are lying with their Shoah stories, that they are mighty enough to impose this lie of theirs on the whole world and then take advantage of it to steal money from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, etc. Conclusion: Holocaust denial is a modern form of traditional anti-semitism. With today’s anti-semites, it’s no longer: ‘Death to the Jews!’, but rather: ‘The Jews didn’t die!’; the end goal, however, is the same.”

In this line of reasoning, one sentence is crucial: “They say the Jews are lying with their Shoah stories.” Indeed. But what if, in effect, the Shoah is just a myth? What’s to be said of those who have steadily avoided any debate for over 30 years in order to be able to go on telling their tales? Are they not witting liars? What’s to be said of the laws passed nearly all over Europe to protect this historical lie, and this one alone? Are they not proof of the power of certain Jewish lobbies? And what of the billions paid to Israel by Germany in “reparations” for the (alleged) genocide? Doesn’t it all add up to an enormous swindle?

It’s there to see: the case made for the anti-revisionist laws by their Jewish advocates is based wholly on the reality of the (alleged) “Holocaust”. If that reality becomes the subject of a lively debate, the case collapses like any house of cards. Therefore, before making it, they ought to allow free research and a free confrontation of points of view. An open and fair debate about the (alleged) “Holocaust” should be permitted.

However, it is precisely that peremptory argument which is used to forbid not just any debate, but also any public expression of revisionist arguments. Consequently, the situation is this: we are told that the “Holocaust” is historical truth and that to deny it amounts to anti-semitism. But anti-semitism is an offence, therefore disputing the reality of the “Holocaust” must be prohibited.

Stripped of all those intermediate steps, the argument
becomes: “the ‘Holocaust’ is a reality, there is no discussing that; therefore those who want to discuss it must be condemned.” This is totally – frightfully – arbitrary.

A third argument in favour of anti-revisionist laws consists in saying that questioning of the “Holocaust” aims at re-establishing National Socialism.

Doubtless. But if, indeed, the Shoah is only a slander, then the people who are accused of it and, more generally, the regime so accused must be rehabilitated on this point. It’s only right.

I shall be told in reply that the revisionist undertaking seeks, ultimately, an overall rehabilitation of National Socialism, so as to pave the way again for that ideology.

*— Must I infer from this that, once rid of the number 1 charge against it, Hitlerism would exert an irresistible appeal on the masses, so positive an ideology would it then be?

— Good God, no!, will come the retort. With or without the Shoah, Nazism remains a hateful ideology by its imperialism, its contempt for others and its absolute denial of individual freedom.

— Then what are you afraid of? Since that ideology is such a horror, why are you afraid that people might let it be restored? And then, especially as, with or without the Shoah, National Socialism remains indefensible, why this law making it an offence to question the existence of crimes against humanity?

It’s plain to see: far from justifying the existence of the Gayssot Act, this third argument turns against those who let it loose. For in the end it shows that for the anti-revisionists, it’s a question of defending – protecting – not a historical truth but rather a political “truth” that serves as their weapon in an ideological struggle. The alleged “Holocaust” ensures that it will never be possible to hold a serene and fair debate allowing people objectively to compare the relative appropriateness of liberal ideals and Fascist ideals. With history locked shut, political discussion is locked shut. A glaring example of abuse of power!

This leaves a fourth argument, Zionist in essence. “In denying the Holocaust”, we are told, “you want to undermine the legitimacy of Israel, and thus make a new ‘Holocaust’ possible.”

First, let me emphasise that these geopolitical considerations have no right intervening in a controversy that, by its nature, stands exclusively within the area of History. The Germans either did or did not exterminate the Jews between 1941 and 1945. It’s one or the other, and the correct answer cannot depend on current events in the Middle East. In this debate, it’s the historian who must answer, not the geopolitical specialist and still less the Zionist.

I’ll add, however, that the truth about the alleged “Holocaust” will necessarily have repercussions in the Middle East. Since the year 1945 (indeed, since 1942) the Zionists have been using the Allies’ war lies to support their projects. It’s no accident that Israel emerged less than two years after the end of the great Nuremberg trial, which made the myth official. With no Shoah, Israel wouldn’t have seen the light of day. That being the case, with the collapse of the myth the Jewish State will, necessarily, collapse.

Will there consequently be a new “Holocaust”? I don’t think so, although there will certainly, inevitably be instances where things get out of hand in Palestine. But what would you expect? One cannot, with impunity, maintain a situation of injustice for more than 60 years running… Some day or other there will be a price to pay. Personally, I think the Jews will gain much in evacuating Israel peacefully rather than staying on doggedly till the day – the inevitable day – their expulsion comes about.

Even though it may seem cynical, I’ll state here that, all things considered, the victory of revisionism would be a lesser evil for the Zionists.

The conclusion of all this? It’s that nothing, absolutely nothing, justifies the so-called anti-revisionist laws. They are only abuses of power perpetrated by individuals afraid of certain geopolitical and political discussions. Individuals hoping to maintain, for as long as possible, a status quo that’s to their own liking.

For the moment, the peoples of the Western world condone, wittingly or not, this myth. They accept it because they see or feel, vaguely, that the New World Order, guarantor of their hedonistic impulses, finds in the “Holocaust” a weapon enabling it to prevent thoroughly any bothersome discussion and thus, any traumatic calling into question.

No matter that it’s a slander proffered against millions of people (from Hitler to Pope Pius XII, along with bodies like the Red Cross); no matter that this slander is also the source of the ongoing tragedy of an entire people: the Palestinian people. “I’ve got Internet, my laptop, my flat screen TV, etc., that’s where I place my ideals in life. As for the rest, I just hope that, with time, everything will turn out all right and everyone else can enjoy my standard of living…”

This near-universal indifference must not, however, weigh down on us. For our duty is to stand up to the lies, the injustice and the slander. We must therefore act without concern for success or failure. We must ceaselessly repeat: the alleged homicidal “gas chambers” in the wartime German camps did not exist, the “Holocaust” is a myth, the “six million” a delirious estimate and the anti-revisionist laws an abuse of power unworthy of an enlightened society.

People find fault with me for being a “desperado”, for asserting my traditional Catholicism and my National Socialism. Most of them have never read me. They know neither what my Catholicism is nor what my National Socialism is. Let them start by reading me. Afterwards we can discuss things in the concrete.

The forces we’re fighting against are very powerful. But as they’re grounded in lies, their feet are made of clay. Take the example of repression: thanks to a tailor-made law the mighty can hunt us down, put us on trial, convict us, steal our money, tear us from our families and throw us between four grim walls. At the moment, with the people an accomplice by their approval or fearful silence, this mode of action may well appear frighteningly efficient.

But the day when, subsequent to external events, minds change and taboos falter, the treatment we’ve received thus far will bear powerful witness for us and against them. People will look back at today and say: “What?! They had only their pens; they demanded a fair debate to pit the two arguments against each other and you, you who had millions, you with your radio and television networks, newspapers and cinema, you hunted them down, convicted them, ruined them, threw them in prison, tore them from their families?! – They were anti-semites, Fascists, Nazis, you say? Oh dear! But an argument’s worth doesn’t depend on the person who makes it: its value, if any, is intrinsic. – They threatened public safety, did they? Oh dear! Amidst the din from your televisions and the rest, their voices weren’t a cry or even a whisper, but a mere murmur. But for you, that murmur was too much. You must really have feared the power of their message to react that way. However, only the truth has any power. That’s enough for me to conclude who, in this matter, was telling the truth.”

That is why, today, we have to suffer. Contrary to what some think, our suffering is not in vain; it’s like seeds that we sow.

Tomorrow, the harvest will be plentiful.

[1] I speak here of freedom in the modern sense of the word, that is, individual freedom grounded in the Rights of Man, according to which there is no such thing as human nature, the individual constructing himself each day in line with his own will, a will which, in order to find expression, must be guaranteed essential freedoms.

[2] Argument developed once again recently by the barrister of the “Association of sons and daughters of Jews deported from France”, Mr Didier Bouthors, before the Cour de Cassation, France’s highest court (see the French Catholic daily La Croix, May 10, 2010).
