"Documentary film that tracks down the traces of Jacques de Mahieu, a nazi refugee who lived in Argentina. He was an intellectual, scientist and archaeologist, obsessed to prove that the civilizations of America are of Aryan origin, descendants of Vikings who arrived in the continent centuries before the Spanish. His story is related to esoteric Nazism and the Aryan myth of creation, ancient secret societies, legends of lost civilizations, and even the mystery of Atlantis."

BLOG'S COMMENT:
A very intresting documentary about the life, work and the legacy of Jacques de Mahieu. Shot mostly in real locations and with a neutral approach. Personally, I dont agree with everything said (or believed) about his theories. As I see it, the apelings of pre-columbian america and their descendants (the "natives" or "indigenous" as they called) that surviving nowadays, has nothing do with anything from the Aryan civilization brought there by conquerors or explorers from Europe. Their only "culture" were eating each other's hearts and other similar "noble" habits. Also, thanks to the Europeans that migrated there, they have now a country to live in, water, electricity, hospitals, schools etc If they were alone, I really doubt that they would have even these basic things.
Apart from that, Jacques de Mahieu was without a doubt a genius, a great wanderer, scholar and with a very inspiring way of life and ways of working.

"Vlad was not very tall, but very stocky and strong, with a cold and terrible appearance, a strong and aquiline nose, swollen nostrils, a thin and reddish face in which the very long eyelashes framed large wide-open green eyes; the bushy black eyebrows made them appear threatening. His face and chin were shaven but for a moustache. The swollen temples increased the bulk of his head. A bull's neck connected [with] his head from which black curly locks hung on his wide-shouldered person."
